Went with our 18-year old granddaughter to get a replacement Social Security card at the Phoenix complex. The staff could not have been more polite! Interfacing with the security guard was a delight, too. This has turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

Following a recent visit over a very frustrating setback, I need to give a shout out to Allery, who went out of her way to provide exemplary service. She was attentive, thoughtful, and kind…and efficient. We are grateful for her help, and to all of the hard-working staff at this location. It appears to be a very tough job, but these folks really extend themselves to serve the public. Props to the team at this office.
