We have been trying to reach someone that can help me for the last hour. My social security payment has been the same since 2014. Can someone contact me and explain how this can happen? I receive mail that says that my monthly payment is going up but have never seen an increase. Please call me back
This office in particular has always been on top of things – listened to my issues and brought in several layers of help when need. With the new renovation, things move along quite well. Est. wait time has been about 5-20 min. There have been issues with the system – no fault of the personnel at the office.
They have to deal with a lot of ignorant people with lousy attitudes about “the government” – not a job I’d want for that reason alone!
they have helped me through my disabilities,i am greatfull for there help.
