I went to check on benefits for my foreign born wife who is a green card holder. Went on Wednesday when they are only open until 1200. I waited about 10-15 minutes at the most. I was assigned to the young lady in cubical 4. She was outstanding!!!! She knew all the answers without having to look it up. It took me less than 8 minutes to get my answers. She was polite and engaging. It was a very great pleasure talking to her. Absolutely outstanding service from this very knowledgeable and kind young lady!
