1 year agoThis morning I contacted the Chicago Heights office to make an inquiry. The agent not only answered my questions but solved my problem on the phone. My local office in Hammond has been giving me the runaround for 3 months, and the person in Chicago Heights cleared it up in minutes! Thank you Chicago Heights. Someone needs to retrain the Hammond Office staff!
