I was called yesterday by an "Medicare Representative" (female with accent) who told me that my Medicare card has to be exchanged. She had a lot information about me but asked for an old Medicare #. .. and I gave her my number but then I thought that it might be a scam and my number is compromised. I know that I could get a new Medicare card just by calling Medicare. Please advise what I should do . Maybe a new card with a new number has to be issued. Was it scam or you are really changing the Medicare cards? Thank you for your cooperation Marek Walicki
