Heather M Urich

I was in about a month ago... My name is Heather M Urich and I spoke to a woman briefly about an issue with my benefits. She was at the middle cubicle and behind me would be a security guard. I want to explain that I was issued two papers that were confidential. I kept those papers in my wallet and nobody was to see those papers. A man named Casey Reddin came over to my apartment to visit. I got up to use the bathroom in my own apartment. He took it upon himself to steal my entire wallet. In which I do not take kindly too. I was trusted with important information which is now in the hands of a career criminal- Casey Reddin. I truly apologize and this wallet was reported to the FBI. I need a replacement social security card as well. Sincerely- Heather M Urich
