Visiting the West Bend Social Security Office was an exceptional experience. The security guard was welcoming and efficient. He helped the people that were waiting for a representative feel relaxed and comfortable, and made everyone feel welcome. The representative was very efficient, and took the information she needed to address my wife’s and my issues. She followed up by phone once everything had been addressed and corrected. I had tried to address these issues at a different office in Wisconsin previously, but had been given misinformation and some of the forms were not addressed correctly. The West Bend office was professional and efficient, with good understanding of the issues and prompt resolution, with everything corrected within the estimated time frame of a couple months. Excellent experience. Thanks.
