1 Review of the Auburn Social Security Office – 1240 S Grandstaff Dr Office

Edward Stefankiewicz

Mrs. Cool, This is Edward Terry Stefankiewicz you worked with me yesterday. I have two questions for you. 1. did you get the paper from Trine U.? 2. I received an email from Social Security requesting me to establish a My Social Security account. I put all of the information into their web application and was rejected all three times locking me out for 24 hours. I then called 800-772-1213 help desk after waiting on the line for a half hour the gentleman was not able to help me and told me to go back to your office and do the questions on your computer? This all seems out of the norm, so I'm requesting a solution from you, sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you
