Hello, I am still in the review process, however everything so far seems to run pretty smoothly. I have done quite a bit using my account on-line. Now I am at the stage where have to submit the information via mail, fax or in person. I do wish there was a email fax or a way to download your documents in our MySocialSecurty because I think that would help both the administrative office and the person applying get the information much quicker. Other than that I believe the process is definitely a lot better that from when my mother applied over 16 years ago. So I will say there has been much improvement since then. Also, everyone I have come into contact with has been very polite and helpful with any questions I have had. That really means so much to someone like me who is going through a lot and just receiving a diagnosis that makes you feel pretty uncertain about yourself. You never know what someone could be going through and just being kind and helpful as best you can goes a long way. Even if all you did was listen and allow the person to vent. Thank you for all you do. I am sure you feel at time you have a Thankless Job. Therefore,, I would like to say Thank you for what you do for those who cannot do for themselves and need the support of others.

I visited the Social Security Office in Shreveport today for a replacement SS Card. Mrs. Webb greeted everyone and thanked us for coming. She is very nice, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Mrs. Webb assisted everyone with checking in and and answered all of our questions. She is an asset to the Social Security Office. If the SS Office provides bonuses for its employees Mrs. Webb deserves special recognition for the “Gold Star” Customer Service she provides!

Was helped by Mr. Auzenne on the phone. He went above and beyond to find a missing form that I had sent in. Very efficient & courteous.
