3 weeks agoI had to drop off paperwork for my sons benefits. No, I didn’t have an appointment but I just needed to put it the drop box. Wow! Two of the nastiest security guards came to the door and immediately yelled at me. I explained I just needed to drop off 4 papers. I was t allowed to walk in to the building and basically got harassed like I was a criminal. My son who is 17 slid the papers under the door. Hopefully I never have to go back and receive such rude treatment.

3 years agoAfter my parents moved to NV, I had to take them to the SS administration office. It was pretty packed but the line moved fast. You stand in line to tell an agent what you need and they either give you a number for you to wait or they’ll help you then and there. Ours was just a matter of updating addresses and numbers for my parents who were with me. The gentleman helped us at the window in a friendly and timely fashion and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. Can’t really ask for more from a government office! 👍

3 years agoThe line was real long when I got there, but after I got my number it went fast, I was out of there within 45 minutes so I gotta say it was better than a phone call back
