We used to live in Washington DC from 1980 till 1983 as a student ( I -20 visa) and we get our social security card no. also, we have DC driving license while our (Social Security Card ) permit us to work legally at that time and we paid tax, and get federal refund along with local tax. refund ,beside our studies at that time. we left USA and get back for vacation with my family in Dec.2010 staying 22 days and left USA on 5th of Jan. 2011. and Now we heard according to law that we are legible for GREEN CARD and could be granted us to allow us to open branch to our company in USA , thus, please advise
