We had a very positive experience, getting courteous competent help straightening out a complicated issue concerning our disabled adult son's benefits. We had an appointment, and the process was efficient and so helpful. The person who helped us, Amy A., was friendly and very professional, with a can-do attitude, and she put our son at ease right away. Our son took a bad fall on the way out, and the security person who helped him up was also very nice.

I like going on Wednesdays. They have 9-12 noon hours and they wanna go home. They are quick to get you in and out. I like 9 am for getting my SSN card as you are out in 5 -10 minutes. And if you have other business like reporting changes or need a print out etc you are in 10-20 min. Thank you SSA staff for getting us in and out. Note- if you have to go on another day go near closing times about 1-hour before as you are out in 10-20 minutes.
