3 years agoThere was a discrepancy with my online application for my Social Security Retirement , I had to go into the local office in Charleston. I expected the worst as the office was busy and I did not have an appointment. I may have waited an hour which was not too bad since I didn't arrive until mid morning. Everyone I came in contact with in that office was friendly and helpful. I came in on 3/14/19 and I had my first auto deposit on 3/18/19. That is way more helpful than I expected. I'd like to give my thanks to Mrs. Jones and Ms Blue for taking great care of me and also for giving top notch customer service.
