2 years agoI was there early this morning before they opened. Line of about a dozen people all waiting to go in. Security that opened the door and explain policies and what you could and couldn't take care of on a Friday. He was also answering questions from others and explaining what to do. I only had to wait a few minutes before my number was called. Steve was the associate who helped me and he could not have been more helpful or courteous. I was feeling bad because I had made a mistake but he told me not to feel bad I didn't know. Not sure how my situation will work out but the experience here was great and made me feel better. Thank you Steve.
