Your customer service is horrible. I understand that you have some policies in place but your lack any effort in assisting with a basic request is frustrating. Your automated phone system often does not go through to your location and on several occasions has just hung up on me.

After speaking to several people at the SS OFFICE 1-800 number, and getting no help, I called again the Lenexa Branch phone number, and this time got DAVE, who was absolutely amazing in clearly helping me find the forms needed, with instructions and proper fax number in less than 5 minutes!!!! THANK YOU DAVE for your help and patience this morning to get needed changes made!

Melissa is the absolute best. This was the impression she made over the phone when she was helping my significant other navigate Medicare and social security. A little more difficult since he was a retired firefighter with a pension. Very personable and very competent. It’s worth the wait to get someone like her who knows the system!
