I have been going to the Kenner Social Security office for probably 35 years as I have a son who is Paranoid and is BiPolar.I have had to ask for help on many occasions and have received help on many occasions.More recently,I have had questions regarding my grandson who has been on SSI for 14 years and is no longer considered disabeled. My grandson is now 18 , considered an adult, and is required to answer questions and give information that he is not familiar with.On a recent visit to the Kenner Office,we spoke with Mrs. Amber Hollier as we were trying to get information about a waiver for my grandson.I must say that I have never been treated in such a hostile manner. My wife was with me and listened as we were verbally attacked by Mrs.Hollier.I have left messages for the supervisor and have not had a return call .I then called the 1-800 number and had some questions answered. My grandson then called the Kenner office and spoke with Mrs.Hollier, her answer was why are you calling here ,you are not getting anymore money. Then she hung up on him.I will not subject my grandson to any of this verbal hostility.
