I just received a phone call from phone number 757-318-6261. This person "Claimed" to be Officer Brandon Jenkins Badge #742426487 and said he was calling me from Social Security office located at 166200 Dillard Drive, Houston, TX 77040. He said my social security number has been coming up with suspicious activity. I do not understand what that means. He said the Case # is DC7020. I just wanted to let someone in your office know as this seems very strange and suspicious to me.

An extremely clean and well organized location! The doors open at 9, but I arrived at 8:15 to stand in line. The security guard walked out around 8:35 and announced which line you should stand in, which directed me to another side of the building. They opened the doors about 10 minutes to early to make sure everyone had the correct forms. There are about 8 or 10 windows that handle new/corrected SS cards, so they immediately seated the first 8 or 10 customers. I was in the first group, and it took me a total of 5 minutes to complete my process with the SS representative. Everyone was very professional and polite. I've read reviews about the security guard not being polite, but I disagree and found him very helpful and serious about his job... if it wasn't for him, everyone would be running around in a panic. He kept everyone focused (and off their phones!).
