During my wife’s visit to the SS office we were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was less than expected, and the customer service provided by Mr. Ward and Mrs. Shorter far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the Adelle Ave office for all of your Social Security needs & concerns.

After going into the office i picked up a number and waited. After an hour they called numbers but only 1 number from my category. I called and wanted to make an appointment but unfortunately they don't do appointments for everything. After waiting a little while longer and seeing that they were still not calling numbers in my category i called. The man that picked up the phone informed me that the number that i had was already called and blatantly called me a liar. I told him i was just there and was waiting an hour and specified my number and told him that the category i was in wasn't called since i arrived and been there for an hour. and how long would i be expected to wait. He said at the most i would only have to wait 30-45 minutes. Afterward i told him i waited about an hour and he said i was spinning him a story and that he knows i'm a liar. No empathy, no understanding, just simply called me a liar. I didn't argue with him but i felt very dissapointed with the unprofessionalism in the office.
