So i came here yesterday 11/8/18 to help 3 guts get thier social security card since they dont speak english.. We sat here almosr 2 hours jyst to be told to cone back today 11/9/18.. The lady in charge said she would not make me wait again.. To sign in at kiosk get my 3 numbers and go straight to window 1... Well here i am again almost 1 and half hours later still waiting because the security guard refuses to let me go to window 1 like i was told to do!!! . this is complete and utter bull crap.. We are nit getting paid to sit here like they are .. Everytime i come here i get a different story .. Yall need to get yall self together
