4 Reviews of the Moore Social Security Office 73160 Office
Overall ratingSonja Clapp
4 years agoMoore Social Security office is closest to me..I have never been treated so rude by anyone or organization in my 63 years.I am still fighting for Survivors Benefits and filed March of 2017, 1 year and 5 months ago..I will take the 45 minute ride to Another area to not have to go back to that office...I have been mocked to my face..One person accidentally left me on the phone, thought she had hung up, talking to Another worker saying when is she going to realize she is not going to win her case..I politely chimed in and said you didn't hang up.. I will not go back, and can't believe no one will do anything about those people.

3 years agoVery pleasant experience here. Got there to wait in line at 8:25, they opened doors early at around 8:50 to allow people to go to the kiosk to answer like 3 questions about what you’re there for and you get a number. Sit down and wait for your number to be called clearly over the intercom and it also shows on all of their tv screens. Lady at window 5 was very polite and helpful. Gave her my information and my application. Walking out the door at 9:08! Overall great experience 😊
