I did not get a favorable impression of the people who work in this office. I called because I needed guidance with forms in retiring during this Covid 19 time. Not all information was given to me and forms needed to be re-submitted because of a date. I needed to call back a couple of times as nobody got back to me. Spoke to Mr. Yang this time. He was understanding and so very helpful. He kept me on hold while he took care of my matter. He even gave me his extension number so I could follow up on the progress. We certainly need more people like Mr. Yang who really care about people and enjoy their job!. Thank you Mr. Yang! I appreciate all your help. Mr. Yang is the only reason I am giving five stars.
