4 years agoI have been trying to get a hold of the LaCrosse Office. All I get is an answering machine that tells me no one is available and to contact Social Security on line but they cannot help me. I contacted the Social Security Office National Office and they tell be I have to talk to the LaCrosse Office. I did get through to them about a month ago and the agent who has my information was gone and my information was in his office. They said he would call me back and still no call back. What can I do????

4 years agoNo one here does their job. They don’t return calls EVER. It’s useless. Even the manager doesn’t care. They don’t input wage earnings to assure you get your correct monthly amounts. I’m not sure why they get paid just to sit there and do everything but their job. They need new employees at this office that do their job.

3 years agoI needed a lot of help when I received SS Disability and the La Crosse office folks helped me out a lot. When I needed to file on my claim for my daughters, they made that whole process really easy and took care of it quickly. They have always answered my calls, even when I had to leave a message. These people have a lot to do in the course of a day. My needs are just for one person, they have hundreds of people from La Crosse and the surrounding area to help every day. We seem to want to be so judgmental when we don't get what we want when we expect to get it and we all do it. But at the same time, we ought to be willing to say thank you when someone goes above and beyond our expectations and makes things happen for us.
