1 Review of the Kinston Social Security Office 28501 Office
Leigh Turner
3 weeks agoOn Friday, February 18, 2022, I called the Social Security office in Kinston. I was prepared for a long wait and the possibility of speaking with someone who wasn't going to be able to answer my list of questions. Thanks to Mr. Brandon Hill, I was happily mistaken. He was polite, compassionate, efficient and very well informed when it came to my questions regarding certain benefits I may receive. He made the whole conversation a very pleasant and informative experience. I hope if I have to call back, he will be on the other end of the line waiting to help me.
