2 years agoArrived at the Naples SSA Office 20 minute before the doors opened. I received my number ticket at 9:05am. Was called to a window within 15 minutes explained my Medicare question; was told to take a sit and they would call my name. Waited until 11:45am and my name never was called. Before leaving, I filled out response questionnaire sought by the SSA Office and I asked the SSA Security Guard who to leave it with since there was not any type of receptionist, the Guard suggested I mail it, but said I am already here ? No other information offered.

4 years agoIf you show up with out an appointment you take a number and wait maybe more than 1 hour but not more than 2. It’s a busy place but there seems to be enough agents to help in a timely period. Make sure you take ALL you documents there. There’s restrooms and water fountains. Parking is sufficient.....follow the signs to get there.

3 years agoWas in and out in less than an hour! I was there first thing in the morning and waited just a few minutes before they opened the doors. Bring something to read just in case because by the time the windows opened, the place was packed and names/numbers are called at random.
