The people are wonderful, very helpful and informative. The wait time was not too bad as I just walked in. The process was very efficient and I was able to complete my task. Thank you for all your assistance you all helped make it so easy..

How inept are the people in this office, They admit to having on record a request made to update my direct deposit information, yet they fail to execute the change.

We went to this location after getting the worst customer service at the Margate location. We had a long wait, as expected, but was definitely worth it. The man who helped us, actually helped us and had a great and respectful attitude. If you have to choose between the Fort Lauderdale SS office or the Margate SS office, I would go to the Fort Lauderdale location.

My experience was much less stressful than I had expected. I had made an appointment and arrived 25 minutes early, only to find I was called 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I met with Barbara Hess. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and was able to make the changes I needed, as well as give me my options. She clearly explained everything and never made me feel rushed. Thanks Barbara. I need to go back to a SS office in early December 2015 and will be going back to the Commercial Blvd office. Hopefully, I can request Barbara Hess to assist me. Thanks for the great experience.
