Had a 10am appointment and was seen by 11. For a Government agency, that's not bad. Ms. Williams was delightful and kind, and even CALLED ME BACK LATER IN THE DAY! That's above and beyond. I still have to get my case reviewed, but I was treated fairly. MUCH better than the sewer of an office that was on Dyre Avenue. Hopefully they just dissolved that cancerous tumor in acid!

had an appointment at 11 and waited until 12 until I told a supervisor about the delay. I was immediately called and was greeted by a wonderful worker, Mrs. Alvarado, who worked on my social security benefits. She was so kind, professional and knowledgeable! The hour wait was worth my while because of such a terrific worker as Ms. Alvarado!
