my husband is retired and both our sons receive a monthly SS pymt which is deposited onto a Netspend acct. We both have netspend cards, but my husband was the only one that ever used it. I've never activated/used my card. My husband and I are separating - and I have court ordered custody of the boys. How can I get the pymts sent to me - or get a new netspend card as their sole custodian?
