Entering the building and it seem quite and peaceful. No children running around and yet it seemed kinda full theyre were enough chairs to accommodate the clientele. Staff was helpful and pleasant security guard greeted upon arrival. I thought i had entered a resort. All in all i had a pleasant visit it didnt seem like we waited long at all.

I was dissatisfied with this location. I went on Feb 12 to personally deliver paperwork that was needed by my caseworker. I gave the documents to him. And his exact words "that's all I need to make the decision. I'll have an decision in 15 to 30 days. " as of yet I have not received an answer. Also, I was contacted by my lawyer that the documentation was still needed. So, the paperwork was lost. While I understand they have a tremendous amount of cases. Losing paperwork and making me go and get it again is why I'm angry. Also, promising a date and not having it done is wrong. I'm told it should only take a few days. You're better off going to another location. Which I intend to do on Wednesday, as well as transferring my case. I am very disappointed in their handling of my case.
