The Office Is Located On 102nd Street And First Avenue, 4th Floor. Take The Number 6 Irt Train To Either 96th Or 103rd Street And Walk To First Avenue And 102nd Street. M15 Bus Uptown On First Avenue Or Downtown On Second Avenue 102nd Street. Onsite Parking For Handicapped Individuals Is Not Available At This Location. Passengers Can Be Dropped Off At The Main Entrance To The Building. Manhattan Residents Applying For New Or Replacement Ssn Card Must Visit An Ssn Card Center. Manhattan's Card Center Is Located At 123 William Street, 3rd Floor, Ny Ny.
