To whom it may concern, My wife and I recently had a telephone appointment with "Mike" from the Medford office concerning our Medicare options and to say the least, he was phenomenal!! He was very, very helpful and seemed to possess an inexhaustible knowledge base. All our questions and concerns were addressed to our complete satisfaction. (Also had a quick sense of humor which was delightful.) All in all a very pleasant and stress free (educational) conversation. Dan and Louise Sakraida
