1 Review of the Dade City Social Security Office 33525 Office
Richard L. Howell
3 years agoOn Saturday 2/23/2019, I received a called from Mr. Pollock in reference to the disability status of Jimmy Howell, for which I am listed as his Payee, and I am also, his Grandfather through adoption. I did not have his number available when Mr. Pollock called. He allow me to get the number and stated he would called back. He did call back but I was in the bathroom and missed his called. I attempted to call him back but had no success. I left messages on his answering machine for extension 23413. I continually received a recording stating he was out of office until Jan 2, 2019. This must be an old message because the date of the called was 02/23/2019. It is very important that the matter of Jimmy's disability be resolved. I called the main number and tried to talked to Tracy on extension 23429, however, received a recording. Jimmy recently got involved with a female friend and I understand that she is now expecting a baby girl, but Jimmy has no income and this has caused some major problems. He is now on the streets threatening suicide. It is very important that someone return my call. Also, it would be nice if the means of contacting a SSN agent is more readily available without the extended waiting periods and listening to an answering machine.
