I was able to call the St. Cloud Office (877) 405-1446 directly and spoke to Kevin without a long wait. Altho I was unable to make an appointment until January, we were able to begin the process of filing for SS. Very helpful, advised to come in and wait in line. Not so fun, but encouraging to get a live, patient, courteous person without a long hold on the other end of the line. Thank you.
