I find it absolutely ridiculous that I cannot talk to a human being at the SS office. I can't even make an appointment on the phone because no one is "available"! This is extremely frustrating. How in the hell can I make an appointment if there is no one answering phones?????? I need plan B in order to get the supplemental insurance. I don't have plan B so I can't get the supplemental but it seems I can't even talk to a human being to make the DAMN APP0INTMENT!!!
