My name is Karen Cribben. First I have to apologize to the person I was speaking to in the Albuquerque office. We were accidently cut off. She was so nice and extremely helpful. So much nicer than the response I received from our branch office. I was talking to her at around 1:00 pm on 5/24/19. So helpful with all the information, and genuinely concerned with my issues. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I am just sorry that I did not get her name.

This SS Web Portal was easy to navigate. In the links of the portal I found most of the answers to my questions. Thanks

I used the SS portal and it was pretty easy. Just remember to have your documents ready, like when did you get married, etc. One bad thing about the portal is that they can deny you but they do not say why. So going to the SS Office is your other alternative and they are patient, kind, and very helpful.

WOW!!! First experience at this new location I had to inform you all of how it works there. First, even BEFORE you walk in your greeted by some really nice police officers outside and inside the building for your protection. They inform you nicely, quickly and politely of building rules. After that you get a number and and only took less that 10 mins. to get called. My SS staff EUGENE was great! As he assisted me I wrote down these words in this order about him. Staff Eugene is Kind, Knowledgeable, Very professional and Quick. He made the whole process a nice experience for me. I would highly recommend this location! It is very good place to help any individuals that may need assistance with SS.
