I see your phone number but how can I reach you on email?

Extremely helpful and patient with me. There was a short wait upon arrival. Phones must be off so bring a magazine or book to read. If you bring Starbucks like I did, either drink it fast or leave it in the car...No liquids inside the waiting area, which is fair. The employees are there to do their jobs not clean up after others. I cannot believe how supportive and empathic the staff is. It was an easy experience and remember to bring all pertinent information.
