Courteous, immediate research into my problem, information and help by telephone during the pandemic with offices closed and new application procedures changing as a result with little clarity at the national SSA.gov site. Calling the national number, I waited several hours on the telephone only to be disconnected before being connected to an agent. Calling the Boca Raton office, by contrast, I was on hold only for a brief period, and the agent even took my number to call me back directly in the event that we might be disconnected.
