Great! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Pamela was courteous, efficient, and kind! I don't know what SS office these negative reviews came from but it wasn't the Asheville office.

I have had to call this office four times since I retired. Each time I called, my issue was taken care of right away. The best part, my issues were taken care of over the phone and I never had to take a trip into Asheville to take care of business
