Called the main 800# and wasn’t provided with the best customer service. Called the local office #, for the West Palm Beach location, and Ms. Ramnarace was the representative who handled my issue. She went above and beyond in providing assistance to my dilemma. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to resolve my problem today; however, I appreciate the effort she provided. Kudos to you, Ms. Ramnarace!!! Thank you.
