I walk in 1 min before 4 pm and they tell me very rudely, “we’re closed, come back tomorrow.” I had just wasted time at the wrong office because they didn’t issue cards, which should’ve been posted or made clear before I took a number. And what if I couldn’t come back tomorrow! Office clerks should be more considerate. If the hours are from 9 am - 4 pm and the doors are still open, I should be served.
