I am legally blind and the staff at the New Port Richey office was very helpful and explain everything to me. They were patient and understanding, the only thing I can complain about or suggest is that they are understaffed and thus this makes the waiting time terribly long other than that I sail through because of the adequately explain direction and guidance. Thank you Social Security New Port Richey Office and Merry Christmas.
