My original personal documents, birth certificate, divorce decree, drivers license, and expired passport were sent to your office via certified mail and received by your office on 7/16/2018. Waiting on the phone (nation wide number) is required as the Anchorage, Alaska office refers all calls directly to the government line. I was told by SS to contact your office directly in order to get my personal documents returned. It has been eight months. Where are my documents??? Please do not refer me back to the national line. Surely there is someone there who can address this situation so that I have my documents (drivers license is a good start) returned. Thank you, Pamela Brant Homer, Alaska
