9 months agoMr Ortega was the one person who finally made me feel heard. It felt as if he really cared about what was happening with my issue, and took the time to understand and try to rectify it instantly. I truly believe that when he says he’ll follow up my case, its not just empty promises.

3 years agoMy experience at the Savannah, Georgia Social Security Administration Office on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 was excellent. The employees and the Security Guard were polite and friendly; Mr. Moss, the employee who helped me get a new copy of my Social Security Card, was very polite and knowledgeable. He made every effort to make sure I understood what information he needed, and he asked me to verify facts when he needed to check that my info in the system was accurate. Also, he explained how to store the copy of information I was given safely, and he told me when I should expect to see my new card.
