Ms. Bolds was professional, personable, and went above and beyond to address all our questions and concerns, and was even able to save us additional trips and applications due to her thorough knowledge and commitment to the customer. Her efforts not only saved us time but saved Social Security time and future phone calls and appointments. All in all this appointment far far exceeded any expectations we had.
