I called and spoke with a Social Security representative in July 2018 about receiving Medicare benefits. I was not able to navigate the computer system so she helped me by applying for my benefit while I was on the phone with her. I asked several times if my application had been submitted for Medicare and she said YES. I have not received any information or Medicare card in the mail and it is now almost 3 months later. When am I suppose to get my Medicare card? Should I be concerned that it has not arrived yet?
