I am retiring in July. I have a 401K that I am going to take out and not roll over. does this count against me for my monthly earnings? I also will receive vacation pay does that count as money earned for the month?

I need to make an address change and the websites are not allowing me to do it. I am not able to do it by phone and I am not able to get to the office.

I have gone on line for 2 days to try to get a 2018 social security earnings report. Kept saying “invalid response” checked each answer 3 times until it threw me out. Went into office today and was in line for 1 1/2 hours and had to leave because of chronic level 10 back pain. How can I get that report?

I applied for retirement in October 2019 and was informed that I could not get a phone or office appointment until January 9, 2020. I continued to attempt to use the online services to apply but was given security questions that did not relate to my credit report. I continued to have the same thing happen then I would have to phone the office to have my account password revised. This occurred more than 15 to 20 times over the course of 3 months. Finally, on December 12, 2019, I received a letter in the mail stating if I did not contact the SS office within 10 days my account would be closed and I would have to start the process all over again. I immediately phone the SS office in my area and informed them of this situation and was told to come into the office that day since there were not a lot of people there that day. I went and was informed that I would get receiving my benefits in January of 2020 every 4th Wednesday of the month. An award letter was sent to my SS portal and I foolishly took this information to my leasing office informing them that I would be able to pay my rent by the 22 of January. However, when I called back to request more information on the payment process and was told that I would not receive any funds until February 2020. This has been an extremely stressful situation and it is so unfortunate that I was not told who my claim specialist would be until January 13, 2020. I have been under so much stress trying to get this matter resolved.
