Good website. Reading it is easy. Needs more information as to getting on a waiting list. The information shows a short work week. Is this correct?

This office has some EMPLOYEES with very nasty ATTITUDES. The information that is given is very inconsistent, it depends on who you see and how THEY interpret or understand the RULES or LAWS of THE SOCIAL SECURITY DEPT. WHATEVER they tell you I warn you DON”T ever ask WHY or EXPLAIN because they go on the defense. MANAGEMENT needs to teach a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE and RESPECT, VERY MUCH NEEDED.
