An extremely clean and well organized location! The doors open at 9, but I arrived at 8:15 to stand in line. The security guard walked out around 8:35 and announced which line you should stand in, which directed me to another side of the building. They opened the doors about 10 minutes to early to make sure everyone had the correct forms. There are about 8 or 10 windows that handle new/corrected SS cards, so they immediately seated the first 8 or 10 customers. I was in the first group, and it took me a total of 5 minutes to complete my process with the SS representative. Everyone was very professional and polite. I’ve read reviews about the security guard not being polite, but I disagree and found him very helpful and serious about his job… if it wasn’t for him, everyone would be running around in a panic. He kept everyone focused (and off their phones!).

The level of customer service I have received at this office on Dillard is unnecessary and DISRESPECTFUL! I have submitted the paperwork needed or requested by this office and Mrs. Dominguez insinuated I never turned it in. I have turned in what was requested 2 month in advance to not only stand in the cold for an hour but to be accused of not sending in and directed to wait additional time once I requested a supervisor. After Mrs. Dominguez looked for the info I stated to her i submitted she recalled me back to her window to tell me she found it. I asked the Deputy in the lobby how can i request a supervisor and abruptly and rudely was told that the matter had nothing to do with him and that no one was going to rush to the lobby because I need to speak to a supervisor..
That level of service should be intolerable and frowned upon by upper level management. Though I know social security oversees payments for over 50 million people that level of rudeness isnt an excuse to treat people as though they’re inferior or unimportant when they have made every attempt to submit and comply with any request from this office!
