I don’t understand people’s problem with this place…. It’s probably them…. I have had to come here often, off and on for the past 8 years and I never have a problem. Considering how many people they serve I am still in and out rather quickly. Yes the security and metal detectors are quite thorough, but guess what…. That’s the country we live in ,…. Because people have to have their big rifles in order to overcompensate for their small guns (military reference) this security is required. Thankfully the security guards are polite and on top of their $h!t…. The only slight complaint I may have is the floor layout for stair access…. I have a neurological disorder that causes me to have dizzy spells, stabbing head pain, disorientation and sometimes pass out when riding elevators. So normally I will use the stairs even though it’s a workout… Unfortunately with the layout of the building I can get into the stairwell on the ground level but cannot get out of the stairwell and into the department even when I called them to tell them my situation… They tell me they can’t open the door because they don’t have the key and the door is locked on both sides

I have been trying to speak to someone at the Social Security Office for the past 2 week, I’ve tried calling numerous times but I am just left on hold for hours and I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I understand they might be busy but why give us the option to contact their office if their just going to keep is on hold?

Guess I`ll have to take some time off work and get it done that way They should be open five days a week and not three . The questions I have I want to find out in person not over the phone and my phone eats battery life fast
