I arrived about 15 minutes after opening to change my name after getting married. I wasn’t even seated for a minute before I was called up. Process was easy. Staff was not particularly friendly, but certainly not rude. Knowledgable and prompt, however she said I would be able to change my drivers license at the DMV but I was not able to without waiting 24 hours. Overall pleased.

Wow, very nice transaction. Friendly and helpful. A bit of a wait but I felt the staff was working to move the clients through. Also, there was no sense that my business with them was being rushed. Not at all. Very pleased. Oh and the security person could not have been more polite and helpful. He has the thankless job of enforcing the no cell phone policy and went about it in a respectful fashion. Thanks.

I was shocked to have dealt with a condescending, rude clerk. Even when I went up smiling! When I asked for clarification (older, brunette long wavy hair, very overweight) she rolled her eyes and said “did I say that?” and “you’re making me repeat myself” I couldn’t believe it. Incredibly rude person, in just a 4 min. interaction. What a a horrible life you must have, to speak to the public like that. And in front of my DAUGHTER. Shame on you. Won’t return to this location. Hopefully she’s fired soon. If she keeps that up, she will be. I will be complaining. One star for ease of check-in process and not overly crowded.
