If you do not want to apply for benefits online, or you need to speak to the Social Security Administration for any other reason, you can schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment by calling the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday; or contacting your local Social Security office.

  1. I have a question about the current Social Security that I receive. Will my benefit change now that I am 67 years old?

I am on disability now, in a few days I turn 65 and I believe I will go from disability benefits to social security benefits. With the social security office not having face to face interaction I need to know if I need to do anything for this transition.
